Dr. Majczak is an out-of-network psychiatrist. This offers the opportunity for those who want complete confidentiality to pay out of pocket. Patients may also choose to submit invoices for services (superbills) to their insurance carrier to receive reimbursement; patients are encouraged to contact their individual plan to learn about their out-of-network benefits.
Payment is due at the beginning of each appointment and is as follows:
Initial 60-120 minute consultation: $800
20-25 minute medication management appointments: $250
45-50 minute therapy appointments: $400
Dr. Majczak accepts cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Discover.
Please note: appointments are offered in person or via telehealth for patients located in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. There is plenty of on site parking.
